What we collect
The details you give us when you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number and your message, including the kind of property you are looking for.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, send you matching properties, arrange viewings and handle a purchase or rental you ask us to help with.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed for your enquiry — for example with a property owner, developer or lawyer you ask us to introduce — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about your property search, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@evesamui.com.
